  • Scope: 1 preparatory meeting, 8 sessions of 50 minutes each

  • Goals: clarity about your own values, needs, and boundaries, opening up new areas of action, ease in everyday life
  • Booking: Flexible, individual start, flexible scheduling
  • Location: Online (Zoom) or in person (by arrangement)
  • Support: Messenger support for questions and inspiration + customized worksheets
  • Time investment: 3-4 hours per week for sessions, reflection, and implementation
  • Investment: €4,600.00 as a one-off payment or 6 monthly instalments of €800.00 each

This intensive coaching requires courage and a willingness to face yourself. It is not a program to work through, but rather a process of recognition, understanding, letting go, and reorientation. Away from control and effort—toward trust, presence, and inner peace.

This intensive coaching is for you if:

Recognizing - Understanding patterns and influences

You gain clarity about assumptions and unconscious dynamics that have shaped your behavior up to now.

  • You begin to understand why you react the way you do.
  • You recognize which inner programs guide you—beliefs, drivers, and old roles.
  • We shed light on how they manifest physically and influence your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Letting go - transforming control and effort

Understanding resistance, inner relief, trust, and emotional presence.

  • Something else emerges from this new space of clarity: freedom of choice.
  • Old protective strategies can become visible and change.
  • Here you begin to make decisions based on your inner coherence.

Realign - Values, boundaries, and direction
