Pragmatic, holistic, to the point.
Every person and every team brings their own issues, dynamics, and questions to the table. That's why I use different approaches that are appropriate and complementary to the situation.
Embodiment
The body is much more than a vehicle that carries the head. It is a good guide when it comes to revealing what the mind has long since filtered out, activating inner resources, and making decisions that are not only rational but also coherent and clear.
In coaching, we work with movement, breathing, and specific postures to explore where an old issue is stuck, to release tension, activate inner resources, and establish new patterns of behavior.
Systemic & integral approach
In coaching, we don't just look at individual aspects of your situation, but at the patterns, dynamics, and interactions behind them and in your environment. We take various levels into account—from individual experiences to organizational conditions. This reveals blind spots and opens up new perspectives that make change viable and sustainable.
Nervous system aware
Beyond all conscious desire, our ability to react is determined by the state of our nervous system. When we understand how we can give ourselves the security we need, we create the opportunity to stay connected—with ourselves and with others. Even when things get challenging.
In coaching, we consciously take the signals from the body into account—tension, withdrawal, or fight. They show us where change is possible and how we can strengthen our inner peace.
Humor
I love to work with humor. It creates lightness and reduces tension. Humor helps us gain perspective, not take things too seriously, and not take ourselves too seriously.
In coaching, I use humor to loosen up stuck thoughts and "chip away at the plaster" so that new possibilities become visible.
Personal experiences. Clear stance. Supportive guidance.
Clarity, presence, and the ability to get things done come from where thinking, feeling, and acting come together. My work combines attitude, experience, and method—always tailored to you and your needs.
This is how I accompany you
Change moves between opposites. Security and freedom, structure and intuition, inside and outside, power and powerlessness. I work with these areas of tension—this is where space for development arises.
It is not about choosing one side or the other, but about strengthening the flexibility needed to move confidently between polarities.
We work:
No standard procedure and no fixed checklist.
Instead, there is an individual strategy—tailored to you and your goals. Together, we take it step by step—sometimes deeply, sometimes pragmatically, but always at your pace and using methods that are right for you.
I am the right person for you if:
Does this sound like you? Then let's talk and find out if we're a good fit.
My offers
Do you feel like it could be a good match?
Then feel free to take a look at my offers.
And now?
Now it's time for the next step. If you feel like setting out on a journey and exploring your issues in a safe environment, I would be happy to accompany you—with all my knowledge and the experience that change is possible.
